I know that this has nothing to do with health & wellness, but it is an issue that must be addressed.
In February, 2005, two US Boarder Patrol Agents caught a drug smuggler trying to bring in to the US 740 lbs of Marijuana. During a fight, the illegal smuggler baddly beat up one agent and was going after the other when the agent shot the smuggler in the behind. The smuggler got away, back to Mexico and the two agents are now in prison for shooting him and he is suing the US for $5 million.
